About me

My name is Kaja Kusnieruk and I am a work and organizational psychologist and People & Leadership consultant specializing in supporting leaders, organizations, and professionals in building healthy, effective, and modern work environments.

 

I graduated with distinction with a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), one of the world's most prestigious universities for business, economics, and social sciences. I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Buckingham in the UK.

 

I gained my professional experience in international technology companies, collaborating with founders, management, and teams at various stages of organizational development—from dynamic startups to global enterprises. I specialize in building and developing people functions, designing people and culture strategies, partnering with business leaders, developing organizations, acquiring talent, and scaling teams.

 

I have worked with leaders and teams in EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, gaining experience in multicultural environments and global organizations.

 

In my work, I combine knowledge based on organizational psychology with practical business experience. I believe that sustainable organizational success relies on conscious leadership, a healthy organizational culture, and creating an environment in which people can develop their potential and achieve ambitious goals.

I support both individual clients and organizations - helping them develop their careers, strengthen their leadership skills, and build modern workplaces.

I conduct consultations and workshops in Polish and English.
